FAQ

Not at all. Private sessions are designed to meet you where you are, whether it’s your first time on a reformer or you’ve been practicing for years. Your session will be tailored to your experience, goals, and how your body is feeling that day.

Do i need pilates experience?

What can I expect from a private session?

Every session is personalized to you. Depending on your goals, we may work on strength, mobility, stability, coordination, injury-aware movement, athletic performance, or simply helping you feel better in your body.

The studio is equipped for one-on-one movement, allowing for more individualized attention, intentional programming, and plenty of room to ask questions along the way.

What should i wear?

Wear comfortable workout clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for reformer sessions.

For your safety and to help protect the equipment, please remove jewelry and avoid wearing claw clips or other hard hair accessories during your session. Claw clips can interfere with proper and comfortable head and neck positioning when lying on the reformer and may damage the upholstery. If you have long hair, a soft hair tie or scrunchie is recommended instead.

You’re also welcome to bring water and anything else you normally like to have with you during a workout.

Where is the studio located?

KCRUZER MOVEMENT is located inside Suite Life in Lighthouse Point, Florida. The exact suite location and arrival instructions will be included with your booking confirmation.

is there parking?

Yes. Parking is available on-site at Suite Life. Please allow yourself a few extra minutes before your first visit to find the studio and get settled.

What if I have an injury, limitation, or medical condition?

Please include any relevant injuries, limitations, movement concerns, or accommodations on your intake form and let me know if anything changes.

Pilates and movement sessions are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or physical therapy. If you have a condition that may affect your ability to exercise safely, you may be asked to obtain clearance from an appropriate healthcare professional before participating.

Do you offer prenatal or postpartum sessions?

Yes, with appropriate modifications based on your individual needs and stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery. Depending on your circumstances, medical clearance may be recommended or required before participating.

Do you work with hypermobility?

Yes. Sessions can be adapted for hypermobile bodies with an emphasis on control, stability, proprioception, strength, and finding an appropriate range of motion rather than simply pursuing more flexibility.

Appointments require advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the session being charged or forfeited in accordance with the cancellation policy presented at booking.

Please review the full booking and cancellation terms before scheduling your session.
